Delivery & Returns
We provide a 14 day return policy from the date the item was delivered providing that the item has not been opened and seal in tact. Once we have the returned item with ourselves we will be able to offer a full refund.We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling them.
If for any reason you have experience a fault with your item we advise seek a solution from the manufacturer as a first point of call. You should also contact us. As a solution we can offer an exchange or a refund. it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement.
If for any reason we find that there is not a fault with the returned item then we will charge you the delivery charge. Any claims after the warranty period will not be accepted.
Incorrect / Missing Item
If for any reason you find there is a missing piece or item is incorrect then please do hesitate to contact us immediatelty and then we offer an appropriate solution.
